A: We currently accept only cash or personal check.
Q: What is the typical turnaround time
for repairs?
A: Once we receive your computer, we will immediately start repairs
to ensure the fastest turnaround possible. Of course, the repair
times depend on what repairs are needed.
Q: Will you call me before any repairs are started?
A: Yes. Once we receive your computer and perform a
diagnostic check, you will be contacted so we can discuss the issues
with your computer, the work that needs to be performed, and an
estimate of prices. If you decide not to have any work performed,
your computer will be returned at no charge to you.
